At Lil’ Minds at Play, we love capturing meaningful moments of learning, connection, and play. Photographs and short video clips may occasionally be used to share the joy of our program and promote our services.
Media Use Permission
I give permission for Lil’ Minds at Play to photograph and/or video my child during group sessions for use in:
• Social media (including Instagram and similar platforms)
• The Lil’ Minds at Play website
• Marketing and promotional materials (digital or print)
I understand that:
• My child’s full name will not be used in connection with any image without additional written permission.
• Images will be used respectfully and professionally.
• No identifying personal information (such as last name, address, or school) will be shared.
• I may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice.
